2020 The foundation was laid for ROLF’s Georgian production, after 7 years of experience in the field of import and distribution in Georgia. Prior to the construction of the manufacturing facility and engineering planning, ROLF team underwent professional training with the support of the Federal Ministry for Economic Affairs and Energy of the Federal Republic of Germany, at the training bases of GIZ and Gicon. German manufacturing know-how and expertise were also integrated into the technical equipment of the production facility.
2021 The factory was fully equipped with European standards production lines and technical machinery. After extensive testing, certification, and engineering work, by the end of the year it became possible to launch the production of opencell (grilyato-type) suspended ceilings in compliance with European standards and quality requirements.
2022 The export of products to regional markets began actively. In addition, 7 installation teams were established within the company, offering customers fast and professional installation services.
2023 A new Sector B of the factory was built, and the production of decorative baffle-type linear suspended metal ceilings was launched. The production facility was also re-equipped, and additional grilyato ceiling production lines were added, enabling a fivefold increase in manufacturing capacity. New installation teams were added, making it possible to offer installation services internationally, including Armenia, Azerbaijan, Turkey, Qatar, and Dubai.
2024 A third Sector C was added to the factory, increasing the total production area to over 3,000 sq.m. The production of aluminum Clip-In type antibacterial panel ceilings was launched. The company’s market share in the sector exceeded 80% across Georgia. ROLF products manufactured in Georgia were officially recognized among the top five global brands alongside Hunter Douglas, Durlum, and AMF. More than 40 international and over 650 local projects were completed. During the year, the total volume of suspended ceilings sold by the company exceeded 130,000 sq.m.
2025 ROLF Deckenkonstruktionen has been awarded as Golden Brand of 2024. Preparatory works began for the construction of ROLF’s largest fourth Sector E, which is planned to increase existing production capacity and introduce three additional suspended ceiling product lines.
