Bagration Residence Batumi presents a new, modern, premium class residential complex in Batumi, which was built 8 minutes walk from the sea, in one of the most dynamically developing areas of Batumi. The residential building is distinguished by its modern design, well-developed infrastructure and services.

For Bagration Residence, it was important to have a modern, functional and aesthetic appeal of the ceiling, along with high quality.
