    2025 was a very productive and successful year for our company, – Giorgi Bekarashvili, CEO of Rolf Deckenkonstruktionen, a manufacturer of cellular ceilings, told Business Insider Georgia.<\/p>\n

    – How do you assess 2025?<\/p>\n

    2025 was a very productive and successful year for our company. In addition to the goals set and the strategic development plan, there were many facts of recognition and appreciation of the work we have done in previous years. In 2025, we were awarded the N1 Gold Brand Award in our sector, and we also participated in numerous international exhibitions, which clearly confirmed the trust of consumers in our brand and quality. Since 2025, we can already boldly say that ROLF products manufactured in Georgia are among the top five global brands in terms of quality, such as Durlum, AMF and Hunter & Douglas.<\/p>\n

    As a result of our correct and targeted information of the Georgian construction sector in recent years, the market demand for our products has increased almost 4 times by the end of 2025. Given this, there was a need to increase productivity, which we had not previously considered in our 5-year strategic development plan. In addition, there was a need to increase the assortment, and as of today, we produce and offer customers more than 900 models of suspended ceilings of different types, colors and sizes.<\/p>\n

    In October 2025, our company’s working group was invited to Turkey, where we met with 5 major companies producing metal suspended ceilings. We shared our production experience and signed a memorandum of understanding with 2 of them, the implementation of which is planned from March 2026. It turned out that the Turkish market is saturated with relatively low-quality budget products, which is why customers who want high quality have to import products from European countries. Our cooperation involves exporting our products to Turkey for those customers who prioritize quality. We will import their products for those Georgian consumers for whom budget is more important.<\/p>\n

    What are the company’s plans for 2026? Especially in the direction of expansion \/ increase in assortment?<\/p>\n

    We have set 5 directions as priorities for 2026:<\/p>\n

    1) Maximum stimulation of the export direction;<\/p>\n

    2) Construction of an additional new enterprise sector D, which will be 3 times larger than the previous 3 sectors. The main direction of this sector will be the production of relatively budget commercial ceilings;<\/p>\n

    3) Complete planned re-equipment of production lines and arrangement of a regional service center and laboratory for production lines;<\/p>\n

    4) Production of lamps;<\/p>\n

    5) A large-scale technical awareness campaign of the market, so that consumers can easily compare the quality of products presented on the market.<\/p>\n

    2026 is the final phase of our company’s initial development strategic plan. After the full implementation of the planned activities, we will already consider issuing ROLF securities from the end of the year, which is a logical continuation of the company’s development. In addition, we are thinking about developing the ROLF franchise direction from the end of the year, mainly in the direction of the USA and several high-income Asian countries.
