Product quality and customer satisfaction are the highest priorities for our company. Accordingly, we control every stage of production as thoroughly as possible. Each package delivered to the customer is labeled with the production date and a barcode containing a mass of information. Through this barcode, it is possible to determine the raw material batch, exactly which employees were involved in producing a specific profile, and, in case of a defect, the cause of the issue. Using the barcode on the package, we can retrieve complete production cycle data and video footage for the specific profile.
Quality control of production includes 10 key stages:
1. Laboratory inspection of raw materials for paint quality upon arrival at the factory (every 10,000m)
2. Laboratory testing of raw materials for corrosion resistance (using salt spray testing for each batch)
3. Laboratory measurement of material thickness and smoothness upon arrival (every 10,000 m)
4. Inspection of the cutting accuracy for specific parts of the raw material before starting the production line (every 2,500 m)
5. Measurement of cutting precision (every 100th piece, allowable deviation: 0.05 mm)
6. Measurement of material length accuracy (every 100th piece, allowable deviation: 0.08 mm)
7. Profile shaping accuracy check (every 100th piece, allowable deviation: 0.25 mm)
8. Profile strength testing (every 6,000th piece)
9. Inspection of warehouse packaging
10. Inspection of transport packaging for delivery to the customer
This rigorous control ensures that every ROLF product meets the highest standards of quality, durability, and visual perfection.
